Trainee/VD Assistant

Stora Sundby is engaged in hunting and game management, forestry, agriculture, and owns, manages and rents out housing. In recent years, a budding visitor business has taken up more space at Stora Sundby, with a café, farm shop, castle tours and several major events.

For our growing organisation, we are now looking for a Trainee/VD Assistant. You will assist the CEO in the administration with many exciting and varied tasks. Depending on experience and interest, you will eventually grow into different parts of the business and gradually take on
responsibility for increasingly large parts of the operational activities. Initially, the focus will be on representation at hunts, with experience in hosting and/or selling exclusive hunts being favoured.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is naturally used to working in this type of organisation and environment. You have experience of, and enjoy, working with clients from an international environment. You like to work independently and are not afraid to take action when needed. As a person you are
result-orientated, structured and agile in terms of relations with customers, employees and other stakeholders. We believe that you are somewhere between 27-37 years old.

If you are looking for

- Has a keen interest in hunting and rural life.
- Has training and experience in budget and target fulfilment.
- You communicate at a professional level in both Swedish and English.
- Has a B driving licence.
- You probably grew up on an estate and are studying/have studied to be an economist, farmer or similar.

The position is at least half-time but can also be up to a full-time position. It can be combined with studies or self-employment. We can offer attractive staff accommodation.
